Rebel Souls

"Rebel Souls" seems to be a fitting characteristic of the Brothers and Sisters working in the Fire/Rescue field. Day in and day out, firefighters and EMT's are on the job protecting our communities that we live in. We are developing a project to tell the stories of the history and current life of the Fire and Rescue Departments.

How did this idea come about?

We have been working in the Fire/Rescue field for 20+ years combined and both currently own online photography pages. We merged our funds and efforts to make Rebel Souls happen. Not long ago, we photographed and made a video for our own department that captured some great moments in the field, training and public events. The response from other departments was great!! It became clear, the demand is here and we need to make the next step...

What do we need now?

YOU!! Your feedback and contributions are very much needed. We are able to produce the photos and videos for the departments, however, the departments we are focused on are nonprofit. Meaning, that they have little to no resources or money to get them on their own. What's holding us back it that we are unable to fund this project out of our pocket alone. We have and continue to invest what we can, but we will not be able to keep production up to get this series off the ground. Costs with web page hosting, equipment and software add up quickly. The option to charge these departments is simply not there. Fire/Rescue departments run on very tight budgets and provide no room for extras. We would like to bring this project as a gift to the people who give it all in our time of need.

Thank you,
